**NEW CLIENTS** We look forward to welcoming you to our family at Grooming Palace, but do require a deposit over the phone or in person if applicable to book an appointment. Our deposit is $25 per pet that is scheduled. This deposit does go toward your grooming fee and is non refundable if the appointment is canceled within less than 48 hours of your appointment time.
